Oral/Fluid Drug Testing
Oral fluid testing is advantageous as the donor cannot easily adulterate the specimen. Drugs can be detected within 2 hours of use and up to 48 hours afterward. Evidential Breath Tester (EBT)
An Evidential Breath Tester (EBT) is a device used to measure a person's blood alcohol concentration (BAC) from a breath sample. The donor blows into a breathalyzer and the results are given as a number, known as the Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) which shows the level of alcohol in the blood at the time of the test.
